SLSCO transformed a vacant ten-story building into a modern, 116-unit affordable housing community, revitalizing a long-underutilized neighborhood property. The comprehensive rehabilitation included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; elevators; roofing and façade improvements; an amenities building; and on-site parking. Extensive hazardous-material abatement and HUD-compliant inspections ensured the development met rigorous standards for safety, quality, accessibility, and long-term sustainability.
