Project Summary

SLS undertook extensive early site work covering 53 acres in preparation for a significant industrial project. The project's scope, situated within the Munitions Storage Area (MSA), encompassed various tasks,and will include the following items: clearing, grading, drainage, environmental remediation, building demolition, demolition/ relocation of existing utilities, secure fencing, and roadway construction.

​These activities were essential steps in preparing the site for the subsequent construction of the large industrial project.
