North Carolina Hurricane Helene Response & Recovery Base Camps & Comfort Stations

Base Camps:

Provided six turnkey base camps for first responders and state personnel. Turnkey services included sleeping quarters, shower trailers, restrooms, full-service laundry, feeding, janitorial, medical services, site security, catering,  and all supplies.

Comfort Stations:

Provided essential services for daily guests at eight individual sites, including restroom, shower, and laundry facilities, hygiene kits, towels, traffic control, site security, and medical services.
