New York Vaccination Program & Staff Augmentation 

Project Summary

Managed COVID-19 vaccination program that administered as many as 100,000 vaccines per week at 2,530+ vaccination sites, including mobile vaccination sites, and more than 1,200 pop-up sites at schools and houses of worship. Administered over 701,000 COVID-19 vaccinations.

 

Project scope included mobile vaccination PODS, property management oversight, logistics support, supply/procurement support, security services, janitorial services, construction management, language interpretation services, health services, and was expanded to include support for the New York Fire Department plus medical staff augmentation for vaccine missions in schools.
