SLS to Lead First Project Under U.S. Navy’s Guam Build Program

The U.S. Navy has awarded an eight-year IDIQ contract to 10 firms, including SLSCO LTD,(SLS) for major military construction projects in Guam. The award, announced by NAVFAC Pacific on September 10, reflects the Department of Defense’s long-term investment in the island’s critical infrastructure.
SLS also received the first task order under the contract: a school-age facility at Andersen Air Force Base, scheduled for completion in August 2028.
This milestone positions SLS as a key partner in delivering resilient, mission-critical facilities that support service members, families, and U.S. defense strategy in the Pacific.
