Project Summary
Delivered large-scale housing recovery across Puerto Rico following Hurricanes Irma and Maria, rehabilitating or reconstructing more than 28,000 homes through FEMA STEP and CDBG-DR R3 programs. Provided construction management and general contracting services, including permanent repairs, full reconstruction, MEP upgrades, and resilience mitigation.
