As part of the Galveston Housing Authority’s post–Hurricane Ike redevelopment program, SLS redeveloped The Villas from the ground up into a 160-unit mixed-income housing community. The project includes garden apartments, townhomes, and flats, providing accessible housing for mixed-income families and medical students near UTMB Galveston.
